Who is responsible

Vildegard AB (company registration number 559592-3342, registered office Stockholm, Sweden) is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@vildegard.com.

What we process and why

Visits to the website. Technical data such as your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f)).

Email and the waitlist. The email address you give us and what you write to us, to put you on the waitlist, contact you about early access and reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)) or, if you want to enter into a contract with us, steps prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Job applications. What you send us by email, to assess your application and get back to you. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a possible employment contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Please do not send sensitive personal data, such as health information.

Who receives it

Service providers that host the website and handle our email, as our processors under data processing agreements. Some of them may process data outside the EU and EEA; such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on a framework approved by the EU.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle the matter or the recruitment, and longer only where the law requires it, for example as part of the company’s accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and in some cases to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Write to contact@vildegard.com.

If you think we are processing your personal data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
